Afterpay

FAQ's

To use Afterpay:

Add your items to your shopping bag, and checkout as normal. On the checkout page select Afterpay as your payment method. Then simply enter your details with Afterpay and you're done!

For first time Afterpay users:

If this is your first time using Afterpay, your limit will be lower, generally around the $800 and the first payment will be deducted at the time of your order being placed. The more you use Afterpay and are consistent with your repayments the higher your limit will be and for future orders, you won't be required to make a payment at the time of placing the order.

For existing Afterpay users:

For existing Afterpay customers, you won't need to make a payment when you place your order! The funds for the first payment will need to be available on the card at the time of checkout, but the first payment won't be deducted for 14 days. The more you use Afterpay and by always paying on time your limit will increase over time. Afterpay does not have fixed maximum amounts as they assess every order as it is placed. If you would like to know your Afterpay limit, log in to your Afterpay account to check!

Returns on Afterpay orders:

We accept both full and partial returns on Afterpay orders just like any other order, the main difference is that if there needs to be a refund processed it goes from us directly to Afterpay and then it will either cancel out your future payments or Afterpay will refund you.

Late Afterpay payments:

If you miss a payment or pay late you will be charged a late fee by Afterpay and this will also affect your future spending limit. For more information on this and to find out how much the late fees are, please read the Afterpay Terms & Conditions.
