Returns Policy

Ordering is quick, easy and risk free with 60 day returns!

Here's how our returns work:

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily store credit or refund.

If you would like to return your item for another, the best way to secure the new item is if you place a new order and re-purchase the correct item to get it on the way to you ASAP. Once we receive the returned item, we will then credit or refund that for you right away - This way you get the new item ASAP, secure your merchandise so it doesn't sell out, and also get free shipping on the new item when over $49.

To make it even easier, we send you a pre-paid postage label which will simply be deducted from the credit or refund, the cost is generally between $8-$20 depending on the size and weight of the item. This usually works out to be cheaper for you than standard shipping through Australia Post and you can print it off at home or work and pop your item into a post box, or take your smartphone into a post office and they take care of it for you!

Unfortunately, return labels are only available within Australia. International returns have to be processed manually by the sender.

Please be aware that due to logistical complexities, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on heavy items (over 20KG), however our standard warranty/returns policy still applies.

 

How to make sure your return is accepted:

To avoid an awkward conversation down the track we ask that you please take the time to read the below very carefully:

  • Items being returned must be brand new and as received. This means unworn, unused, unmarked, unwashed and still in the original condition with tags attached and retail packaging undamaged.

  • Items must be re-packaged exactly as you received them with their tags still attached and all packaging must be included in your return. This also means you can't damage the retail packaging otherwise your return may not be accepted.

As a rule of thumb, we are also unable to accept returns on the following (unless faulty):

  • Underwear and swimwear - hygiene police say "hell no"

  • Custom items that have been personalised - we can't really resell these to anyone

  • Gift vouchers - you have 3 years to use them

Finally, if we cannot accept your return, you'll need to pay for the return postage to get it back to you also, so please take note of the above before you place your order.

 

What to do if your item is faulty or damaged:

Sometimes it happens, and we'll do our best to get the issue fixed up for you as soon as possible!

Firstly, we ask that you get in touch with our Customer Service Team with images of the suspected fault, a detailed description of the situation and any other helpful information so that we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to either get the item repaired, replaced, or refunded.

We aim to make this process as quick as it can be, but we thank you in advance for your patience in getting this resolved! Our Team will keep you in the loop along the way and let you know how to tackle any next steps.

Some other important notes:

We won't charge you a fee to cancel your order pre-delivery, but we will not always be able to catch the order before it gets processed. Our Warehouse Team starts packing orders early in the morning, and once an order is processed (marked as dispatched in our system) it's already among 100's of other orders waiting to be picked up by our shipping carriers.

We do not have a retail store where you can stop by, which means all returns must be posted back to us.

How to Process a Return

At FightHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns for items purchased within 60 days of the original delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team at enquiries@fighthq.com.au to request a return authorisation number (RMA#). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
  2. Once you receive your RMA#, please securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags, and affix the return label provided. Please note that items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.
  3. Drop off your package at any Australia Post location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  4. We will email you a pre-paid label separately to your return instructions to cap the return shipping cost at which is $8-$15 depending on size, this cost will be deducted from the credit/refund, this works out to be cheaper for you than standard shipping through Australia Post. Please note: If you choose not to use the label, please let us know in advance otherwise this amount will still be deducted.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 24hrs of receiving your items, and should reach your nominated account within 3-4 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note if you would like a credit or refund ( as we do not offer straight exchanges)

Return Policy

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To cap shipping, we will send a prepaid label with the costs deducted from your refund.   • Items must be returned within 60 days of the original delivery date.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Final sale items, including clearance and closeout items, are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
