Order before 2pm on a weekday and it ships the same day.

$4.95 flat rate on Australian orders under $49 (excludes heavy items).

Shipping options

Standard Shipping: free on Australian orders over $49, or a $4.95 flat rate under $49.

Express Shipping: our fastest option. The cost is based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. Add your items to the cart and enter your postcode to see the price.

Heavy items (over 20kg): shipped at a fixed price of $99, $199 or $299, depending on your address. An extra $50 applies to orders with an item over 40kg. You'll see the exact cost before checkout. Express Shipping isn't available on heavy items.

Carriers

We deliver with Australia Post, StarTrack and Team Global Express (TGE). For a delivery estimate, you can also use the Australia Post delivery calculator with BURLEIGH DC QLD 4220 in the "From" field.

Tracking your order

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order here with your order number, email address and delivery postcode, or log in to your account, select your order and click "Track".

Is my order running late?

Delivery times are in business days, so weekends and public holidays aren't counted. Carriers sometimes run behind, but most late parcels turn up soon after. Australia Post says 90% of parcels that miss their estimated date arrive within three business days.

  • Standard Shipping: if it's only a day or two late, it should arrive soon. If it's 4 or more business days late, let us know and we'll look into it.
  • Express Shipping: if it's 2 or more business days late, let us know and we'll look into it.

Good to know

  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
  • Our warehouse team works weekends, so weekend orders are ready for pickup on Monday.
  • In the rare case we can't find an item in our warehouse, we'll contact you straight away and do our best to get your order out on time.

New Zealand shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post Express Courier International.
  • Delivery time: usually 3–4 business days to most areas, sometimes sooner.
  • Heavy items: boxing bags and stands can't be shipped internationally due to their size. Some boxing bags ship empty for you to fill yourself. Ask us which ones.

Customs and duties: orders over NZD $175 may attract customs charges in New Zealand. These are paid by the customer on delivery, and FightHQ can't predict or pay them. If charges are refused, the parcel may be abandoned and we can't refund it. We can't mark orders as a gift to reduce customs fees.
