Is FightHQ an Australian company?

Yes! FightHQ is 100% owned and operated in Australia with a warehouse located on the Gold Coast. To learn more, visit our About Us page.

 

Are all of the products on your website in stock?

Yes! All of the products are in stock and ready to dispatch to you unless the product says 'PRE-ORDER' in which case it will state on the individual product page the date when that product will be in stock.

 

When will a sold out item be coming back in stock?

Many items here at FightHQ which sell out are re-ordered to replenish stock. If you land on a product that has sold out you can select to be notified via email when the item is received into our system.
If you land on a product that has sold out you will see a "notify me" button where the "add to cart" button usually is on any product page. If you are chasing a particular size of something, simply hit the size you want and the option to be emailed for that size will appear. Enter your name and email address and we will take care of the rest.

 

Can you order in products that are not on the FightHQ website?

Yes! We are constantly scaling up to have the largest range of Martial Arts fight, training gear and accessories in the country. However, if you have a specific product that you're looking for which we do not have listed then let us know and we'll chase it up for you.

 

How long does it take to dispatch my order? 

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00pm are usually dispatched the same day. Our shipping carriers do not operate over the weekends so all orders placed from 2:00pm Friday until 2:00pm Monday are dispatched on a Monday afternoon.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and a link so you can track the journey of your order.
Please note that we will send these notifications throughout the day and the tracking number is not usually registered with our shipping carriers until after 5:00pm AEST. If a tracking number does not work immediately or says that it is invalid it will usually be within a few hours or at most the next day.
